Lara has over 15 years of experience as a tax professional, with a concentration in federal and state compliance for the last 11 years. She has worked with both public and non-public companies in industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail and technology. Before joining GAGNON, Lara spent 7 years managing large scale compliance outsourcing engagements for multinational companies at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She serves a full range of clients from start-ups to Fortune 100.
Lara is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned her BS in Business Administration from Bryant University and her MS in Taxation from Bentley College. She is a member of both the AICPA and MSCPA. Lara has served as an assistant professor for the Master’s of Taxation program at Northeastern University. She lives with her husband and daughters in Walpole, MA.
